Alamo Heights Center
The Alamo Heights Center project consisted of a 30,000 SF exterior remodel in the heart of Alamo Heights, one of San Antonio’s most prominent and highly visible commercial corridors.
The renovation featured intricate high-end masonry and tile work, selective window replacements, and extensive improvements completed within challenging existing site conditions.
Close coordination with the architect, tenants, and ownership team was essential to maintaining operations and delivering the intended architectural vision throughout construction.

ISI Fitness
ISI Fitness involved the complete gut renovation and remodel of an older building into a modern, high-performance fitness facility featuring unique gym finishes and custom design elements throughout.
Located in the heart of Alamo Heights, one of San Antonio’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the project carried a high level of public visibility and required exceptional attention to presentation, cleanliness, and coordination throughout construction.
The busy strip center location with limited parking, combined with outdated existing utilities and complex floodplain permitting, demanded constant jobsite cleanup, flexible scheduling, and fluid adaptability to evolving conditions.

Houston St. Elevator Lobby
The Elevator Lobby Remodel project, located in the heart of downtown San Antonio directly across from the historic Majestic Theatre, presented a unique set of logistical and operational challenges from start to finish. Situated within a busy urban environment with limited access, restricted staging areas, and constant pedestrian activity, the project required meticulous planning and coordination to execute successfully.
To minimize disruption to building operations and surrounding businesses, all construction activities were performed during nighttime hours. This compressed work schedule, combined with aggressive project deadlines, demanded a high level of flexibility, efficiency, and communication among all project stakeholders.
Throughout construction, the team encountered numerous unforeseen conditions and scope modifications. Existing building conditions revealed several unknowns that required rapid problem-solving, design coordination, and adjustment of work plans without impacting the overall schedule. This 2,500 SF renovation within a historic Exchange building on the high-traffic San Antonio River Walk required complex utility relocations, high-end millwork, and specialty architectural finishes throughout the space.
The project demanded extensive coordination to maintain active building operations, including temporary utility and fire alarm shutdowns performed under carefully managed conditions.
To minimize disruption in the busy downtown environment, all material deliveries and debris removal were executed during nighttime hours with detailed logistical planning.
